Strawberry, Lettuce, Pak Choi, and Pepper Salad

Continuing with my theme of adding fruits to salads, here's a salad with lettuce, pak choi, peppers, strawberries, and basil.

Ingredients
  • 15 strawberries
  • 2 cups of iceberg lettuce
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 cup pak choi
  • 3-5 leaves of basil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dry chilli flakes
To make:
  • Chop the veggies and the strawberries fairly even.
  • Combine the veggies and strawberries.
  • Tear up the basil leaves and add on top.
  • Add the chilli flakes to the olive oil and dress the salad.

  1. Crisp, green and fresh. I love the flavor profiles you've presented here. Fruit is always a special component to a salad and this one is no exception!

    We get chocolate chips from any grocery store in the baking section!
    In India, you should be able to get it from big bazaar, or reliance store or any confectioner's store that keeps baking items.
